Get ready to push your limits and rise above the rest—Blackout Fit is bringing the heat to Chicago with a high-intensity fitness challenge. Blackout Fit (BOF) is a twelve station circuit, with one minute intervals and 15 seconds of rest between each station. The 12 stations were designed by our team to create a circuit-based challenge that combines circuit training and HIIT in an AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) format that gives athletes an opportunity to challenge themselves—or compete against others. Our Compete Against the Clock sets us apart—where points are accumulated by how many reps you complete in one minute.
